how do i maek this karaoke effect

Stop doing this. Not that anyone who actually does this would read this blog but since it’s MY blog it is my prerogative to yell and make noise where noone can hear it. The reasons (lists lists I love lists fuck yes):

  1. With Youtube Quality™ you can’t tell what the fuck the effect looks like anyway.
  2. Noone wants to write a detailed guide on how to do it. That’s why there are FAQ’s and manuals. The people who originally did it didn’t have someone telling them exactly how to accomplish it, they came up with it themselves.
  3. If you’ve made a few karaoke effects yourself and watched a lot of them in action, and are familiar with the ASS subtitle format, it’ll be pretty easy to see how a particular effect was made. Learn how to do it.
  4. Copying karaoke effects is boring. Come up with your own instead.
